The City Controller manages a budget of 30 million-plus dollars for all funds within city government while following regulations set forth by the Indiana’s State Board of Accounts and Department of Local Government Finance. The office receives and deposits incoming funds collected by city departments, processes and issues claim checks to vendors on a monthly basis and issues payroll checks to all city employees.
