We are committed to offering convenient, easy, and secure ways to pay your utility bill, and have multiple options available for you!

• INVOICE CLOUD: Invoice Cloud lets you create an account to manage your utility bill, view past bills, set up auto pay, go paperless, or schedule a one-time payment.
• Pay in person at New Albany Municipal Utilities, located at 303 Scribner Drive, Suite 101.
• Pay by mail by sending a check to New Albany Municipal Utilities.

Current ACH Debit customers are being converted automatically to our new InvoiceCloud system. This should cause NO CHANGE to your current payments, and require NO ACTION on your part. If you have any questions regarding your payment, please call the utility office at 812-948-5399.
